Several methods of bearing rust prevention
Surface pretreatment method of rustproof material:
1) surface cleaning: cleaning must be based on the nature of the surface of the rustproof material and the conditions at that time, select the appropriate method. Commonly used solvent cleaning method, chemical treatment cleaning method and mechanical cleaning method.
2) After the surface is dried and cleaned, it can be blow-dried with filtered dry compressed air, or dried with a dryer at 120~170℃, or dried with clean gauze.
Method of coating antirust oil
1) Immersion method: some small items are soaked in antirust grease, so that the surface adhesion of a layer of antirust grease method. Film thickness can be achieved by controlling the temperature or viscosity of the antirust grease.
2) Brush coating method is used for outdoor construction equipment or special shaped products that are not suitable for soaking or spraying. Attention should be paid not only to avoid accumulation, but also to prevent leakage.
3) Spray method Some large self-aligning roller bearings can not be oiled by immersion method. Generally, filtered compressed air with a pressure of about 0.7mpa is sprayed in clean air places. Spray method is applicable to solvent dilution antirust oil or thin layer antirust oil, but must use perfect fire protection and labor protection measures.
